Have you ever wondered what a celebrity keeps in their bag? Jennifer Garner and Dua Lipa have shown us what they have in their purse, and most recently, Ariana Grande shared the secrets inside her Loewe Medium Puzzle Fold tote.
In a video with Vogue, Grande shared everything that’s in her bag. It’s a truly relatable mix, including everything from loose cough drops to multiple pairs of wired headphones. And we couldn’t help but notice the packaged snacks she has on hand, including vegan protein bars that she loves.
“I have lots of vegan snacks,” Grande shares. “This apple-pear-mango fruit roll … lovely.” The fruit roll that she’s talking about is the Bear Apple-Pear Mango Fruit Rolls. This packaged product has no added sugar and its only ingredients are apple, pear and mango, so it’s definitely a sweet and healthy snack worth trying.
Plus, the singer-actor-entrepreneur pulls out two more snacks from her bag: two different vegan protein bars that she’s a fan of to keep her satisfied on busy days. One of them is a Huel Complete Nutrition Bar, seemingly in its chocolate fudge brownie flavor. Even with its dessert flavor, these bars have no added sugar and are packed with 14 grams of protein thanks to plant-based sources like rice protein and pea protein. This is a great choice to hold you over between meals.
The other protein bar in Grande’s bag is Mezcla’s Plant Protein Bar in the almond butter chocolate flavor. These bars provide 10 grams of protein and have a delicious crunch due to their unique pea crisp base. For those that like more texture to their protein bars, this one’s for you.
Some honorable mentions in the star’s purse include an opened bag of Ricola Sugar-Free Swiss Herb Cough Drops—most of the drops fell to the bottom of her bag, “swimming around” with the rest of her things.
“I wouldn’t normally have [a cough drop] if I were singing, this is just because I am under the weather,” Grande explains. “So I have a bunch of little lozenges in my bag.”
Another product the Wicked actor keeps on her is essential oils, specifically lavender oil.
“I have lavender oil, which I love to travel with and I love to always have with me. I use this when I meditate and whenever I’m out and about and I just, like, need a little smell,” Grande says as she rubs a couple drops of the oil into her hands and smells to demonstrate. “It’s kind of like a sense memory, it calms you down. So since I use it when I meditate, my brain responds to the smell, and it’s very good. It’s calming and also just smells delicious, I love it.”
Safe to say, we’ll be adding Grande’s favorite high-protein snacks, immune-supporting must-haves and calming travel essentials to our shopping list as soon as possible.
